My research has lead me to the fact that the Great Eastern Tekhenu
of Hatshepsut were erected in the first two years of Hatshepsuts Kingship.
Supervised by Senmut, they once stood at the Eastern entrance to Ipt-Swt, flanking the chapel of the divine singers of Amun.
All that remain are fragments but the pedestals are still in situ.
They were erected to the glory of Amun and and establish her divine credentials as King.

The standing northern Tekhenu and it's fallen mate, were erected on the occasion of her first jubilee.

Seneb.
