I can answer the "God's wife of Amun" part of your question. Early queens had gained religious power and influence with the main god's of thebes. This title appears to have been used by Ahmose-Nefertiri. It appears to describe a very important priestly position in the cult of amon at Thebes. Hatshepsut often used the title when she was regent ( sometimes as her sole title). this title would have allowed her to play an active part in temple ceremonies and appeared to allow entry in to the inner sanctuary of the God Amun.
