Um...I think you should check your sources, because you are completely wrong. Hatshepsut lived 500 years before Solomon was born, and punt WAS in africa. In fact, it was in Ethiopia/Eritrea, down the Red Sea coast. If you had read about hatshepsut more intensely, you would have found that her boats traveled down the red sea, not along the mediterranean. Also, the Greeks called Kemet (Egypt) Egypt, meaning land of the darks or something like that. Ethiopia was a completely different region, meaning land of the burnt faces. Though the two names are similar, they are NOT the same place. Furthermore, Sheba was not the capital of Ancient Ethiopia. Rather, Sheba is actually Saba, a tribe in Yemen that shares close ties to Ethiopia. It has been speculated that the two were once part of a common Red Sea culture, and there was no city named Sheba. The capital was most likely Yeha, or Marib.
